Creatives for Climate is a fast growing not-for-profit and global network of thousands of professionals committing their creativity to driving positive impact. We have built a global movement of storytellers and solutionists divesting their talent from destruction, and using their skill-sets to build a just and regenerative world.
We have proudly launched the first and largest network-powered platform to support more professionals to become change agents by gaining new skills, sharing knowledge and taking creative climate action!
Creatives for Climate is opening the exciting and important position of Managing Director to scale the foundation and its impact, and drive the success of its mission forward.
Your role is to oversee the delivery of the Creatives for Climate programme, from campaigns and creative actions, to the development of partnerships, revenue streams and funding models.
You will inherit a roadmap and funding set for the next two years and your mission is to take the potential of Creatives for Climate to new heights.
You will gain the support of the newly appointed Board of Directors and global advisors, as well as the support of our close allies and partners.
We are a young NGO and remuneration will be discussed in full transparency with candidates based on current funding and projections.

You have proven experience in a management or leadership position
You have a strong affiliation with the global creative activism movement
You are passionate about social change, climate justice, and new leadership
Ideal experience:
Experience running and scaling a non for profit
Business development and scaling digital platforms
