HIRING: PROJECT LEAD

Creatives for Climate is a fast-accelerating not-for-profit on a mission to arm creatives everywhere with the skills, knowledge and connections they need to drive climate action at scale. The recent transformation from project to a foundation means we are in growth mode to scale our impact. 

To drive our ambition forward, we are hiring a Project Lead who - ideally -  will grow with us as we grow during this pivotal transition. Overall, we are looking for someone to lead our global actions and bring structure to the organization.

To steer the ship, we are looking for someone who will:

  • Drive our roadmap forward

  • Manage our global freelance team 

  • Manage the quality of our activations and engagement

  • Streamline workflow and bring structure to the organization

  • Lead strategic campaigns to activate our network of 3000+ industry professionals to drive climate action at scale!

We are open as to the profile of the right candidate to join our mission. This is a part-time role, however there is the potential for the right candidate to soon transition into a full-time position.

You will work alongside our Strategic Partnerships Director, Climate Justice & Impact Director, Innovation Director and report directly to our Founder.

You will manage our Community Manager, Programme Manager, Designer and other freelancers and climate activists we work with to drive impact.
